It Was A Dark & Stormy Night

On Sunday 7th June 4pm
A Storytelling Performance
for children aged 6 plus and adults
by
Louise Coigley and Danya Miller
based on the book by
Allan Ahlberg and Janet Ahlberg
A small, brave boy named Antonio is kidnapped by brigands and carried off to their secret cave in the Italian mountains. Bored, the chief demands that Antonio tells a story; so he weaves an incredible tale of bears on beaches and bats in castles and the Thingy that lives in the moat, which enthrals his captors. But can he be clever enough to trick them and make his escape?
… a charming, witty, yarn-within-a-yarn that will captivate children as much on bright, sunny days, as on dark and, stormy nights.
’Danya and Louise weave this enthralling and interactive tale. My son and I were enchanted by the performance’ Melanie Dakin – Watford Observer
Both storytellers are local. Danya lives in Hunningham, whilst Louise was raised in Alveston, near Stratford. She went to The Croft School and later The Kingsley School in Leamington Spa
